The Dangling Mangoes

The Dangling Mangoes.

The Mangoes draw their songs from everywhere, from the 20’s to now, from jazz to rock, cowboy to classical and Mantovani to  Motown. Tight harmonies and lively ukes are sometimes backed by Ubass and the occasional kazoo break. Bill and Trisha have had 2 ukulele books published in the US. In 15 years they have toured and taught over 1200 people to play the ukulele. They are true soldiers of the revolution.

Workshop: The Secret of Playing by ear by Ear

Put your songbooks to one side and learn a completely different approach to playing music. A series of exercises will allow you to form your own response to the relationship that exists within a chord progression and a simple numbering system allows you to work in any key. Then we will all play a song or two, by ear. For more information see
